He has a respected eye for detail and works to the highest level across multi-disciplinary projects, working with international creatives, museums, galleries and commercial clients.He specializes in project management including photographic curation & writing, editing & research, strategic planning including budgets, rights, workflow, deadlines & managing client expectation.Exceptional knowledge of commissioning and sourcing creative content for editorial, corporate or commercial briefs and client pitches across print and online platforms, including publishing and exhibition.Steve has worked for twenty years at senior management level for businesses and charities. He has identified and implemented evolution in creative industries in line with technological change, often creating ground breaking services and product along the way. He has been responsible for coordinating investment, risk assessment and impact to business and employment strategy, implementing change and development in a fast paced industry. As a business and charity lead he has coordinated new policy directives including CQC employment, EDP and MDS policies and Environmental and Sustainability protocols.Steve is an established artist represented by Black Box Projects, exhibiting and undertaking commissioned work for individuals; museums and corporate clients. Steve is heavily invested in education with ongoing team leadership & mentoring experience for both educational and non-educational organizations and individuals, with a proven track record for success. In 2005 he established the UK's first Graduate creative mentorship scheme and has mentored over 150 individuals across the globe.Steve is a frequent nominator, judge and portfolio reviewer for awards, grants, public Institutions and commercial organizations. He has years of experience as a visiting lecturer at universities. He is also invested in education curriculum as External Assessor and Course Validator for UAL, RGU and currently Visiting Professor to UOS.Steve is also a contributing artist founder and advocate for Hospital Rooms mental health arts charity. Lead consultant for the CET Secondary Schools arts programme and former Trustee and Deputy Chair of the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust.
