• Maintain an in-depth understanding of business functions and the business environment for the Expense Reporting System.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to be able to work with external suppliers, internal eApps and global business unit Expense Reporting teams.
• Assist with system implementations in the global roll-out of Expense Reporting modules and in creating a global standardized solution and environment
• Provide technical solutions and reporting capabilities for departmental systems and for other internal Medtronic customers.
• Responsible for importing Amex charges and for the weekly payment of expenses to American Express.
• Accountable for ensuring current and accurate information in SAP, Traveler Profiles, and other software applications on a daily basis.
