Such improvements benefit both the team and their customers, whether internal or external. I draw upon a broad set of powerful and easily understood tools derived from Lean, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, queueing theory, continuous improvement, project management, and ISO 9001, along with my own methods honed over the years.WHO I AMI have extensive experience in both software development and management and in designing systems to manage work. I move easily between domains and have delivered results in realms as diverse as astronomy, software development, healthcare informatics, digital audio, higher education, fundraising, and medical imaging. At the foundation of all of my work is a determination to find deep commonalities that drive performance, teamwork, customer satisfaction, team morale, learning, and success.
