For more than 25 years, I have had a progressive, track record of conducting quantitative and qualitative market research in a range of industries for many respected, well-known clients. My first seven years was spent at Opinion Research Corporation where I developed a solid market research foundation conducting studies for some of the leading firms in the financial services industry. My next opportunity came with Snyder Communications where I directed research on the effectiveness of the company’s unique marketing programs for some of the largest consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical companies. My most recent experience has been with WBA Research where I have guided the growth and development of the company. At WBA Research, I have had the opportunity to wear many hats and have many interesting experiences. Over my tenure at WBA Research, the firm has expanded our client base, enhanced our internal capabilities and developed a highly respected professional staff. While working with clients from research design through strategic planning, I also personally moderated more than 750 focus groups. I have had the opportunity to lecture and present at many colleges, universities and professional associations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
