As an Automated Conversation Experience Specialist I manage chatbots and automated AI tooling and projects. I've learned that I thrive in my role as I have a background in writing and a love for upskilling in new platforms & products that can support my work. I collaborate with cross-functional teams in data, operations, and engineering to create user-centric chatbot solutions that align with Square's goals. I launched the first support chatbot at Square, utilizing the Ada chatbot tool where I developed decision trees and designed conversations. Many more followed as we launched in multiple markets and for different products like Square Payroll and Weebly. I've supported the messaging team at Square using the Helpshift platform, managing intake automations and bots. In my role I have supported evaluating chatbot and support vendor tools such as Solvvy, Zendesk, Twilio, and Amazon Lex. Currently, I am managing and supporting multiple AI projects with chatbots across Square. It's a whole new world. And I'm here for it! 🤖
