CurrentRESULTS (2014 - 2021; Promoted in 2021)– Recruited by former Kforce and Experts management in 2014 to help launch and scale the start-up.– Personally placed 500+ IT consultants bringing in $25 million+ in gross revenue (2014 - 2021).– During the Pandemic, achieved a personal high of 120 consultants on billing (1/8/2021).– Promoted in 2021 to focus on several major growth projects including--• MIS Division Lead – Launched Merge International Sourcing (MIS) in 2021. MIS is Merge IT's Center of Excellence for all global sourcing initiatives. MIS is headlined by an elite offshore team of recruiters dedicated to covering US requirements and Merge IT’s international portfolio. Directly responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, training, KPI development, daily management, firing decisions, and long-term strategy for the global recruiting team. Entering Year 4, MIS has grown into a key driver for Merge IT's global recruiting engine.• Training and Mentoring Lead – Entrusted with the development, production, and delivery of live training to all new interns and recruiters (onshore & offshore). Since 2021, produced a 2-week training curriculum, led 13 sessions, and guide all ongoing mentoring. Exceeding all internal expectations, Junior Recruiter Program (JRP) graduates have collectively made hundreds of placements since 2022.• Corporate Recruiting Lead – First point-of-contact and internal lead for all corporate searches for the recruiting team, including diverse talent for the JRP and senior recruiters for MIS India. Since taking lead, Merge IT’s global recruiting capacity and headcount have doubled.• Scaled the job posting process from zero postings / no process in mid-2022 to daily updates on the Merge IT website, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, and ZipRecruiter. Inbound lead generation has grown 1000+% since August 2022.• AI Lead - Lead employee training, evaluation, and integration of third-party AI services impacting all global recruiting operations.
