Recently was promoted to L5 Area Manager II AT the new AR fulfillment center in Pontiac, MI

Install ATMsTroubleshoot, Analyze, and repair/update AtmPart replacements include chip readers, screens, mother boards, key pads, speakers, and wireless routersInternal atm work includes downloading the newest software, SSL patches, or just updating the softwareProgramming the atm to recognize the new component and utilize all its capabilitiesInstalled new ATMs in every Speedway fuel center in the state of Michigan, Ohio and a portion of Illinois (Chicago suburbs) which came out to nearly 400 ATMs that we removed the old and installed/programmed the newFollowing a very detailed and tedious work order for each atm, In which we input data and take over 20 pictures of multiple part serial numbers, old atm location with its serial number, cleared area, 4 bolts are secured down on new atm, ada format pic and about 15 other pictures.Experience with BOL when taking old ATMs to Ceva logistics to send them back to cardtronics

(Had zero experience in doing this but was 100% self taught in a very short period of time) Learned engineering decimal measuring system and conversion between inch and decimalPrecision was a must and had to be within a tenth in my calculations or else the system would not match the engineers drawn out plans resulting in major problems and likely have to redig and start over costing company a lot of moneyAbility to not only read blue prints but bid on jobsControlled inventoryPurchased materials for large jobsUsed my critical thinking skills resulting in major problem solvingCoordinate with city inspectors Eventually when doing multiple jobs at once with two crews I was designated to oversee my own crew consisting of 5 guys.
