BIB is a not-for-profit organization that aims to "fill the gaps" -- schools educate kids, parents provide computers and internet accounts, and...? Someone needs to find the mature, polite, well-informed teens who live in other countries to talk with teenagers in the USA. 60 percent of the US population does not have an active passport. BIB aims to bring those non-traveling people together with people in other countries, linked on the internet with Skype and social media (Facebook, Orkut, etc.). Training is needed and certification of lists of "penpals" -- and that's where BIB will help. We support efforts to educate teens and we invite you to make a tax-deductible donation to support this work.
