    Working in a multi-matrix, multi vendor organisation I project managed and delivered 2 key critical path projects for 2 separate work-streams (Amdocs ACC and Biz-talk) on the London Congestion Charging / Low Emission Zone Programme. I was involved in the full project cycle and saw both projects through service transition into production and BAU operations. I Identified gaps and provided solutions to resolve key programme blockers ensuring the delivery was kept on track.This included running workshops with external suppliers, internal teams and programme workstreams from Architecture, Design , Infrastructure, business, testing, finance and BAU. I also presented the solutions to project board and external customer for approval.I was responsible for the project governance and maintenance of the project plan, reporting on a weekly basis the, RAID, resource tracker, and cost model. I chaired meetings with suppliers and programme workstreams on a weekly (sometime daily) basis to ensure that deliverables were kept on track. I presented all internal and external project reporting, and attended internal, supplier and client programme review boards. I instigated managed and led a series of workshops to create a service improvement programme across several teams. The outputs saw a reduced application install foot print from 130 applications down to 5 and also led to improved packaging and coding standards. A spin off from this project saw a 30% reduction in VM compute resources being used by the same infrastructure.Management: • One 3rd level team.
