Responsible for rich Media Platforms and Media Player Frameworks for the Walt Disney Internet Group.Led development of systems for acquiring, encoding, manipulating and delivering video and audio for online brands of The Walt Disney Company. Developed systems to support easier development and acquisition of Advertising creative for video. Developed standardized video player frameworks such as that used in the Emmy award winning Full Episode Player at ABC.com.Developed B2C video and audio e-commerce experience for Disney Consumer products in support of MixStick and Mix Max line of devices. Led development of Media Screening Room platform - VOD over IP product to provide international sales teams and media buyers a way to preview content for ABC International TV. Saved $2M a year by converting digital daily & upfront television episodes in secure WMV instead of burning and shipping DVDs. Directed groups responsible for broadband application development, DRM platforms and the GoPublish Content Management & Delivery system. Led development of Movie Express, an international feature-length VOD product in Japan. Comprised team of 40+ engineers, UI developers and creative teams in Japan, Seattle and Burbank. Led development of VOD prototypes for Tivo, Windows Media Center and Apple TV devices. Led development of Disney Connection , an international subscription broadband product designed for families with small children that generated $50M in partner revenue in 3 years.Led development of ESPN Motion – high quality background downloaded video product for ESPN.com. Saved over $2.5M a year in costs by developing a new process and solution for Disney Online’s publishing and content management processes. Managed a distributed team of engineers, business analysts, and QA and production teams to define, develop and deploy a more efficient publishing solution.

Led team on fulfilling security contracts, including design, penetration testing, audits, infrastructure reviews and implementations. Developed Codetalker “Greenbox”, a deployed and managed firewall solution for small to mid-sized corporations. System was capable of centrally flagging intrusions and determining new methods of attacks and floods by mining and monitoring the data from the field. Developed automated publishing tools to update the Codetalker website and online security news and advisories from databases. Created online facilities to maintain the security news and advisories database. Deployment and monitoring of NFR (Network Flight Recorder) systems for traffic analysis and attack signature profiling. Profiles are added to a vulnerability database for easy cross referencing during security audits.

Led development for the National Graduate Register (NGR) - an innovative national initiative to provide a graduate student resume matching system to employers over the Internet.
