• Designed and constructed a unique farmstead cheese manufacturing/aging facility producing award-winning, raw-milk farmstead cheese.
• Developed and provided in-depth tours, training sessions, and off-farm presentations regarding the operation and benefits of pasture-based dairy systems for low stress, healthy cows, environmental stewardship, quality.
