As former partner at Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP I was Head of Accounting Services and Outsourcing, responsible for running a team of over 25 staff. I was principally involved in providing year end accounts, management accounts and outsourced accounting services to clients from a wide range of industries, mainly within the owner managed business sector. I was also involved in advising on financial related aspects of running and developing businesses.I am a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Prior to joining AAB I gained a wealth of professional practice experience across accounting, audit, and corporate finance. As well as this, I have significant Corporate Finance experience in acquisition work, disposals, business & share valuations, fund-raising and due diligence assignments and have been involved in several acquisitions and disposals across a variety of sectors.
