Hq Arrc

• Management, maintenance & checking of accommodation accounts using MJDI & date spreadsheets.• Organisation & Supervision of DAS exchanges and routine replacements and availability of replacement equipment.• Responsible for the supervision and completion of handover/takeover of barrack accommodation within the Unit/Station.• Management and maintenance of routine replacement of carpets and certain items under the 3 year forecast.• Management, control and purchase of P2P cleaning elements.• Management and control DAS expense items and operation of the MJDI Accommodation system.• Liaison with outside agencies including Garrison Accommodation Services Advisor regarding provision and accounting of items.

Hq Arrc

• To plan, coordinate, and oversee every aspects of training for Head Quarters Allied Rapid Reaction Corps to deploy onto NRF in Jan 2013-2014.• To provide the best preparation for individuals deploying on many different operations all over the world• To help with the design of the layout of the brand new training wing and its facilities.• To run all live firing and tactical training for the multi cap badge and multi national organisations.• To book and coordinate external course applications and administration for HQ ARRC.• I have direct liaison with external training agencies to organize the booking of all training areas, facilities and assets to make the training as realistic as possible.• Established and run a Junior Non-Commissioned Officers Club as the Presiding Member (PM) for over one year.• Organized and participated in two residential activity holidays taking children from all service background to France for 10 days. Liaised with Army Welfare Service (AWS) & Royal British Legion (RBL) to secure funding, complete risk assessments and all necessary paperwork.• Helped to secure funding for the multi-cultural community to enable them to have a place of worship.• Advise and support the local Army Cadet Force (ACF) to enhance their military training and the opportunities available to them.• Working with the local Combined Cadet Forces (CCF) to enhance and improve their shooting skills.

1 Rifles, Beachley Barracks Chepstow

• Gapped as Unit Welfare Officer Post for 6 months as Acting Warrant Officer.• Participate in Child Protection conference cases as required.• Close liaison with multi-agencies in the wider community e.g.: Social Services, Health Visitor, SSAFA, RBL, AWS & local Schools to provide support for all the families & Soldiers.• Training and liaisons with both military and civilian organizations.• Coordinating briefings in preparation for deployments and exercises.• Organising functions for families for both deployments and in barracks.• Ensuring that all military and civilian staff are organized and controlled in all aspects.• Holding and managing administrative accounts.• Organized & participated in residential trips for children across all service backgrounds including taking 40 children to France for 10 days.

Afghanistan

• Establishment and running of a joint Logistics Operation Cell.• Create a working logistics supply organization for the Afghan National Army (ANA).• Training and liaisons with ANA, UK and US assets.• Joint running of a 24 hour Operations room on a particularly physical and mentally demanding tour of duty. To include planning, coordinating the movement of Troops, Ammunition, and Stores & Equipment.

• G4 – To administrate a Rifle HQ Company on Operations, accounting, managing and issuing of hundreds of weapon systems, ammunition, clothing, and large vehicle fleet, so that the company was fully ready and prepared for any ground offensive covert and overt operations.• Control and maintenance of Sub-unit stores and equipment.• Administration and management of military personnel in Barracks, on training and on operations.• Tasks delegated by the company commander in respect of training and operations, security, personnel and administration matters.

2 Rifles,Weeton Barracks

• Responsible for organizing & planning events, seating arrangements, table settings and supervising waiting staff.• Experienced in running & organizing social events & Regimental Dinners, entertaining mess members & guests.• Working to deadlines, multi-tasking and sourcing solutions for the mess and its members.• Responsible for budgeting and rotas of the Mess.• Responsible for the security, handling and storage of Regimental Silver and paintings all of significant value. Ensuring safe transport of all on a Battalion move.• Supervising the Housekeeping of the mess and cleaning (includes advice on cleaning various materials, furniture, floors, Silver & books).• Responsible for staff recruitment and staff management.• Training and liaisons with both military and civilian staff.• Familiar in dealing with contractors, maintenance issues etc.• Adept at anticipating difficulties & sorting them out before they become problems.• Organize all transport matters for functions.

1St Battalion, The Royal Green Jackets, Weeton Barracks

• To administrate, lead, manage, and maintain combat effectiveness of rifle platoon of 30 soldiers on various arduous Exercises and Operational tours.• Spearheaded along with the Battalion to Kosovo with immediate notice to move, to provide stability to the country whilst political issues were resolved. Included providing Platoon strength week long border patrols in isolated areas. Public order situations in an urban environment.• Administrated and trained the Platoon for 6 weeks in a jungle environment.• Multiple Commander in South Armagh relaying timely information of suspect terrorist related activities and reacting to them on the ground.
