Powder Coating is a specialized dry finishing process. The powder coating process used by Coatings 2000 is both a protective and decorative finish that’s applied through dipping and or by automated spray guns before the parts enter the curing ovens. With its high cross-link density, this coating can be applied to a variety of equipment thanks to its durability and functionality. Fusion bonded coating (dry dipping) is a type of melt-resistant powder finish that protects in this particular application; steel automotive parts.
