Restarted and re-energized the enterprise architecture function (data, applications, and technical). Led the architecture and data teams of the Bank. Helped turn around a troubled project by simplifying the development and infrastructure environment, managing application development efforts in coordination with the business lead, and leading the implementation of the project ahead of schedule and under budget. Drove the delivery of the business intelligence capability. Supported the successful merger of Seattle and Des Moines Federal Home Loan Banks within an aggressive schedule. Implemented a leading-edge business intelligence platform that provided end-user reporting and analytics capability. Launched an enterprise data warehouse project while rekindling the data governance council.

Managed the application development team of the Bank. Responsible for team development, standards, the development process, and project management and leadership. Implemented "small-a" agile development practices. Matured and modernized software development frameworks, tools, and techniques.

Development and full-stack support of web- and Office-based applications. Technologies included Java, WebSphere, Tomcat, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBA, SQL, SQL Server, DB2, JDBC, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, JUnit, EasyMock/Mockito.

Design, administer, develop, and maintain Java/Oracle-based intranet website for large call center. Project manager and team leader for CRM application development (Visual Basic interface to multiple mainframe systems, with features including work queuing and contact tracking). Duties also include end-user technical support, database design/administration, and additional projects.
