This process resulted in a reduction of internal rejections by over 50%. • Within a 6 month period transitioned the plants Manufacturing Maintenance Facility to an approved Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Repair Station including the development and FAA acceptance of the Repair Station Manual, Quality Control Manual and Training Manual. • Championed a plant wide effort to become certified in the Eaton Business Excellence Assessment process that is based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) criteria. A peer score of 500 points was required for plant certification and a score over 600 was achieved.
