As ther Franchisee Manger for NSW/ACT Steve has taken on several roles over and above the traditional job description of a Franchisee Manager.Having been a past principal for many years Steve believes there are many areas that are sadly lacking in real estate franchising.Probably the bigest frustration for business owners is sales people, after all in most offices thats what drives significant revenue & profit.Steve has implemented an intensive recruit training programme exclusive to Elders for new & under performing sales staff. Sourcing best information, materials & trainers in the country this is proving to be a significant point of differance amongst our compitition.Leadership training was a major strategy objective in improving the profitable of our franchise owners. Steve has recently purchased the NSW licence for the right to use the highly acclaimed Brian Tracy International material throught the Elders group."High Performance Leadership" a 12 month programme is now available to all Elders Franchisees. According to Steve the results have been outstanding & having a significant impact on our business owners profitablility.

As the Principal of Ray White Engadine, Steve also had a parntership in Ray White Helensburgh, & Thirroul. As the Manging Director Steve was the driving force in shaping the future direction of the group.Steve had a leadership role in the Sutherland Shire Ray White group acting as the Chairman & media speaker for the cell.Steve conducted many auctions on behalf of the Ray White Agents in the Shire & Illawarra region over the years.
