I currently work as a project manager for D.H. Pace and work in the entry door business for multiple national clients. We partner and communicate to meet with the customer's needs that range from minimal projects to large scale projects. I have been with the company from 2019 and have also worked as an account coordinator.I have worked in the retail industry from 2013-2019. Through my experiences, I have learned to become a better people person than I ever have from the multitude of one-on-one conversations I have with my customers. I enjoy working with my customers and learning new things every day. I have also gained a valuable skill set through the retail business.That skill set includes workflow readiness, operational efficiency, process improvement, user support, user training, optimization, solution implementation, and more.I have enjoyed every step I have taken in my career to date, learning new skills and forging relationships that will go a long way for me.
