As an operations manager at the GGD, every day was an adventurous challenge adapting to rapidly changing policies. I felt proud working for the GGD. I was responsible for managing the corona testing facilities and safeguarding public health. Coordinating the staff (10-40 people) ensuring an adequate supply of resources, and maintaining quality standards were crucial tasks.

In the COVID-19 pandemic I want to take my responsibilty and help create public value. As an operations specialist I was at the frontline of the organisation that's responsible for tracking and containing the virus. My strong social skills and kind personality help me fullfill this job well.
