• Sort and contain parts effectively and efficiently when issues arise.• Conduct audits and support corrective actions.• Partner with engineers to collect data and root cause investigation.• Oversaw training and day to day activities of inspectors.• Partner and oversee 3rd party sorts.

Monitors production adherence to GMP's and SOP'sPerforms random in-process testing to verify operator’s resultsConducts root cause analysis on deviations and works with production and processing to come up with corrective and preventative action

Provide all QA and QC techs with proper documentation and training to perform their duties.Advise all departments as to best course of action regarding food safety and product disposition. Support QA Manager in supervisor duties as far as discipline and team building.

Wash all vehicles. Diagnose and repair all vehicles in fleet of 50 vehicles.
