Responsible for an area consisting of five branches, which are Covent Garden, Highgate, Muswell Hill, North Finchley & Whetstone. My mission was to deliver the highest level of customer service for North London and become the go to agent in all our locations.

Willesden Green is going Greene! As the new sales manager for our new branch in this busy area of North West London and I am responsible for growing and developing the business to achieve brilliant results and impeccable customer satisfaction.

Progression of my career and an new challenge, my new responsibilities involve not only improving and pushing the results and income of the branch in Willesden Green, but also supporting the regional manager with many regional day to day duties. These often include supporting other branch managers, conducting interviews, being a point of reference for branches to call for help in business matters and in the regional managers absence, running the region to ensure continued success.

Responsible for the running, growth of income and growth of market share for the Bairstow Eves brand in North London. Proud to be the highest banking Bairstow Eves branch 2012. Very lucky to be trained in customer service by Michael Heppell, i am very proud to say that i am proactive in staff development and training, with many members of staff going on to become managers of their own branches.
