• Respond to Account Manager and Design Architects with price quotes for various solutions, including EMC, VMware, HP, Microsoft, and Veeam in a timely manner• Research costs in order to give customers the best possible pricing on products they may be considering purchasing• Apply for registrations in order to extend better pricing to customers and/or create a wider profit margin for the company• Support the rest of the inside sales team and cover other areas based on co-worker absences or needs

Process shipments in SAP into delivery status, for shipments to be invoicedHandle all electronic filing and attachments of orders in SAPWork in purchasing and receivingProcess monthly inventory adjustments from Branded Custom SportswearGenerate goods receipts from the weekly reports for Ping, Branded Custom Sportswear, and DRI-Duck TradersHelp finalize the month-end report for DRI- Duck Traders, including inventory and sales amountsCreate purchase orders for all three business units
