Executive level leader and organizational change agent, Mr. Kendrick visioned and implemented the transformational improvements in the Richmond County Tax Commissioner's Office upon his arrival in 2009. He also has a keen interest in economic, leadership and community development as indicated by his involvement as Chairman of the Augusta Economic Development Authority (AEDA), Chairman Emeritus of the Augusta, Georgia Land Bank Authority (AGLBA), board member of the HUB Augusta Collaborative and founder of the E3 Leadership Foundation.  He provides leadership, visioning and strategic planning for the AEDA and AGLBA as they concentrate on recruiting and collaborating with businesses and organizations who want to locate and expand in the Augusta area. As a founding board member of the HUB Collaborative, he was a part of the leadership that created two 24M+ community centered buildings on the HUB Augusta Campus. Through his E3 Leadership Foundation (founded in 2007) and with his 20+ year partnership with the local school system, he focuses on youth leadership and community development through programs like Project Impact and Youth Leadership Augusta.  He also provides leadership development training and programs to non-profits and government agencies through his consulting firm, ABM Business Solutions, LLC.
