I also handle a variety of trademark and copyright matters for my clients ranging from small companies to multi-national corporations. I have extensive experience in handling and coordinating intellectual property matters across the world in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the U.K., the E.U., Australia, India, Japan, S. Korea, and China.Prior to the practice of law, I worked for a number of years as an engineer for a consulting engineering firm. I have found that the practical experience I gained as a working engineer has been invaluable to my practice of patent law.As a personal statement, what I enjoy the most in my law practice is helping my clients achieve their business and long range goals. I apply this methodology in how I counsel my clients, how I interact with government agencies on behalf of my clients and the methodologies that I employ. I like to view myself as a strategic partner of my clients.
