I started at Microsoft in Premier Developer Support, supporting large corporations with ODBC, and Exchange support. While in PSS, I developed an internal add-in to the original Microsoft Exhcnage mail client that added a mail reading preview pane. It was the first Preview Pane ever part of a mail application.
