Currently Leading and supporting delivery of coach education courses, workshops and insitu visits to help develop and qualify new and developing coaches. This has included Futsal level 1, Coaching Disabled Footballers Workshop

Led and supported squad training camps in preparation for international tournaments including European and World Cups.

Providing support to the coaches through observations, feedback, questions, prompts and considerations on how to improve player development through coaching approach and delivery. Leading the implementation of the coaching syllabus, CPD, coaching framework and Player DNA. Coordinating a MDT collaboration to the player development and learning environment for our players.

I was responsible for planning, deliver and reviewing syllabuses and lessons to drive the highest grades possible. Working with VLUK I was the Assistant Head of Study Programme. This role involved me as part of the senior leadership team, requires me to provide management support to 7 educational sites, work with education funding partners. Ensuring that the delivery of education meets the compliance standards set by VLUK and Education Funding Partners.

College At Braintree

I spent 7 academic years in another further education environment teaching BTEC Sport L2 and L3 qualifications. Alongside this responsibility I became one of the colleges Teaching Development Coaches. This was a mentoring role to new and teachers requiring improvement across all subjects to support and improve the standard of teaching.
