I am an International Rates Supervisor at John S. James Co., a leading provider of transportation and logistics services worldwide. With over 2.5 years of experience in this role, I oversee a team of specialists who handle the pricing and routing of shipments across the globe. I have strong competencies in business case preparation, customer requirements analysis, and workload management, which enable me to deliver optimal solutions and service to our clients, while also complying with the regulatory and contractual obligations.Besides my career in international transportation, I am also the Head Coach of Men's Ice Hockey at College of Charleston, where I have transformed the program from a struggling club to a competitive and respected team in the Atlantic Coastal Conference Hockey League and the Collegiate Hockey Federation. With over 7.5 years of coaching experience, I have honed my skills in team building, organizational leadership, and customer experience management. I have led the team to multiple division titles, playoff championships, and national tournament appearances, while also earning the ACCHL Coach of The Year award in 2020. I also manage the recruitment, budget, marketing, and fundraising aspects of the program, leveraging my network and communication skills. I have a passion for the sport and the institution, and I strive to instill a culture of academic excellence, sportsmanship, and leadership among the players.
