I develop, adapt and deliver learning resources to 11-18 year old students. Teaching theory, practical skills, drawing skills and CAD. Communicating with both students and parents in a professional manner to achieve set goals. Working under pressure to and adapting to the needs of students.

Designing and delivery of online learning resources during the pandemic to enable at home learning. Delivering new topics in an easy-to-follow format.I was also KS3 coordinator for Resistant Materials and responsible for developing, organising and delivering the Key Stage 3 curriculum. This role also involved analysing data to ensure students are progressing with their learning and identifying intervention strategies.Additionally I taught GCSE Product Design and previously delivered GCSE Resistant Materials and Graphic Products. Throughout my time here I have also taught Textlies at KS3 and some Food Technology.

I completed my teacher training here before accepting a role within the School. I taught within the Technology department mainly teaching Resistant Materials Technology. I was responsible for delivering the OCR Product Design course at GCSE level and actively contributed to the department’s resources and planning for this.

I was employed part time as a Learning Support Assistant at the College. My main duties were focused on providing support for individual students during lessons. I helped students with reading and writing depending on their needs. I also gained experience with working with students with different disabilities and educational needs.

I was employed as a CAD Draftsman. I have worked on varied projects ranging from interior shop layouts through to setting out drawings for manufacture. The drawing work mainly related to the building and construction industry.

Basildon, Essex

I was employed as a CAD Draftsman/Designer for this small fabrication company. My main duties included using AutoCAD to produce layout drawings for commercial kitchen, bar and restaurant areas displaying the intended design solution. I also created manufacturing drawings for the factory to produce the equipment to.
