I'm a meteorological (MET) Data Scientist/Engineer. Mostly I design and implement machine learning models to leverage multiple sources of MET data to build better weather forecasts. I dabble in all forms of MET-Ocean data. I'm also heavily involved in designing, implementing & maintaining an operation data ingestion system that brings all the input data together, including NWP model forecasts as well as satellite data. One of my favorite topics recently is data processing workflow management with a particular emphasis on implementations for automated machine learning environments.
