Managed the servicing relationship with the GSE’s including the day to requirements such as required approvals including preparation of necessary paperwork and system administration • Hired 5 residential and 3 commercial sub-servicers, including fee schedules, contract requirements, due diligence and performance review• Established, negotiated and managed the relationship with our two document custodians (CRE/SFR and RWL’s)• Over $11 billion, 57 thousand plus loans in issued securitizations, agency delivers and whole loan sales: 2 Jumbo, 12 RPL and 1 SFR since 2014• Involved in mortgage servicing transfers of more than 80 thousand plus GSE MSR, RPL, SFR and performing whole loans• Instrumental in rating agency approval for one of the 1st SFR Multi Borrower securitizations issued• Helped manage the CRE, SFR and RWL warehouse providers.• Established, and opened all third party trading accounts, settlement platforms/SEF, affirmation platforms, third party trading platforms, Prime Broker and future trading accounts• Built the daily P&L, trade capture and reconciliation tools• NMLS licensed
