I have spent the last three years working as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient Hospital setting at Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings, Nebraska. I am currently working as on the Behavioral Services Unit of the Hospital but I have also worked on the Progressive Care Unit for two years, and gained experience floating to the Intensive Care Unit and the Med-Surg Unit in the hospital. So far in my education; I have finished my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing through an accelerated nursing curriculum in 2016 from Creighton University. I have also received my Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry/Bible spring in 2011 from Manhattan Christian CollegeI use a combination of my natural thirst for knowledge and tech savvy to learn new things at an extremely quick pace. I found myself to be a great problem solver who loves to be an integral and extremely supportive member of a team, doing excellent work with people from all walks of life. In my experience as a nurse in the inpatient setting I have developed my skills in delegation and communication through my patients and other clinical staff that I work with. I have also increased my ability to come up with strategies and new ideas in the care of a wide variety of patients. Because of this, I am looking for another excellent team that I can be a part of.
