• Address Internal and External Quality Issues with OEM Customers.• Drive issues to closure using problem solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, etc.• Create and Modify PFMEA’s, Control Plans, Inspection Data Sheets, and Quality Documentation. • Support new program launches and customer expectations.• Attend daily review meetings for Quality, Production, Downtime, and Scrap Review.• Lead and direct internal and external Quality system events such as TS-16949 audits and Q1 audits, etc.• Conduct Control Plan and PFMEA Reviews.• Hands on set-up of In-process Inspections. (Part Presence, Poka-Yoke, Error Proofing)• Use and set-up of Non-destruct Ultrasonic Weld Testing Program. (Tessonics RSWA)• Responsible for leading, and supervising (8) Quality Assurance Technicians.

• Conduct First, Middle and Last Off press and assembly inspections, complete the associated paperwork and report nonconformance’s to the Quality and Production departments.• Fixture Inspections of Class A, B and C Material as well as Welded Assembly Components for OEM Customers.• Training of new Manufacturing Associates to customer inspection standards.• Control Plan and PFMEA Reviews• Perform Layered Process Audits as required per the monthly audit schedule.• Use of DataMyte for SPC data collection.• Honda 5P Problem Solving Training.• Extensive knowledge of OEM Customer specification requirements.• Creating Work Instructions, Forms and Training Documents.• Update and Review Control plans.• Travel to Customer Assembly Plants for supplier issues.• Present Quality information in New Hire Orientations.

• Plan daily fiberglass production.• Prep fiberglass molds to be used in manufacturing.• Spray fiberglass molds with Gel coating.• Perform maintenance on Gel Coat system.• Minimal fiberglass lamination experience.
