Jungle Coop, formerly Génération 2 Conseil, is a French cooperative of consultants committed to building and strengthening partnerships between private, public and non profit organisations.I advise organisations on their strategy and project management oriented towards common goods, social innovation or sustainable developpement. My fields of intervention are mostly :- Strategy of partnership building- Developping non profit and for profit business models- Strategy of fundraising- Societal intelligence (foresight / prospective, studies,...)In addition to my consulting activities I take part in the strategy and governance of the agency.

Jardins Solidaire de Montaigne is a non-profit organization which provides organic food for humanitarian NGOs & associations. JSM is related to RM Paris (see below).My role was to launch and run the organisation. I mainly worked on the operational and financing strategy, a crowdfunding campaign, on partnerships, and day-to-day tasks.

Yump France is an association providing a free 6-month training to entrepreneurs from the idea stage to the start-up stage. This training is open to all entrepreneurs whatever their educational background or residential area, in order to promote equality of opportunities. Main role:- Transversal strategic and operational support to the three head executives- Development of public-private partnerships- Grant and sponsorship- Speaker/Expert at partners events on entrepreneurship

GK Enchanted Farm is defined as a “Farm Village University”. It is a hub for social entrepreneurship, by promoting organic agriculture, incubating social enterprises and developing education programs for the poor. Agricool (21 employees) is the agriculture branch of GK Enchanted Farm, whose goal is to achieve food security in the country.Main role:- Definition of overall business strategy and areas of improvement- Daily monitoring of the team and operations- Promotion of organic produce through agro-tourism - Development of human resources programs for farmers empowerment
