• leading a team of 2 Business Analysts and 1 Software Developer in the AXIS Capital Halifax office to successfully assist with SICS Reinsurance Application enhancement and maintenance• setting up, participating in, and directing meetings with Stakeholders, Business Leads, SMEs, technical team members, and 3rd party vendors to negotiate solutions and deliverables• capturing and documenting business requirements through User Stories and then communicating status updates • developing, participating in, and overseeing test plans and test cycles for UAT and Production deployments to ensure SDLC compliance• operating in either Agile or Waterfall environments while adhering to appropriate methodology and tools
