In a transitory role as Interim General Manager at ENERGES, I successfully led the establishment of an ASME certified fabrication facility for oilfield service equipment, resulting in nearly $2,000,000 in production within four months. I managed capital planning, product design, quality assurance implementation, production planning, and recruitment of fabrication personnel.

In my role as a School Committee Member at Cranston Public Schools, I was responsible for overseeing the development and ratification of School District Budget proposals, recruitment and evaluation of District Superintendent, and development of transportation outsourcing proposals. I successfully implemented strategies to ensure financial stability, maintain high educational standards, and optimize transportation efficiency.

I joined Hub Technologies, a start-up venture, as the ASME Sales and Product Manager, assuming immediate responsibility for the ASME product line, overseeing sales, estimating, design, and quality assurance. By diversifying the product line into water treatment systems, I generated an additional $1 to $1.5 million in annual revenue with consistent profit margins. Additionally, I utilized my financial and accounting skills to streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and job costing.

In my role as General Manager at Thielsch Engineering, I successfully sold and integrated a former business, leading to the development and launch of a new product line focusing on liquid-solids filtration. I relocated the company into a new workspace, recruited and developed engineering and sales teams, and persuaded management to invest in the new product line, resulting in successful product launches at trade shows in 2003.

As President and Owner of M & M Welding in Coventry, RI, I led the acquisition and transformation of the company through a leveraged buyout. By diversifying our product line to include high-margin bio-pharmaceutical vessels and reactor vessels, we doubled revenues within two years for our core pressure vessel and storage tank business. After 5+ years of strategic growth and expansion, I successfully sold the company at a profit.

In my role as Interim Chief Financial Officer at North by Northeast, I successfully stabilized gross profit margins, improved financial controls, and negotiated extended vendor terms and discounts. These actions led to the company posting a small profit in 1994 and laid the foundation for future growth in 1995.

In my role as Vice President Finance at Hood Sailmakers. I played a key role in the company's turnaround. By streamlining administration, centralizing financial reporting, and implementing a management information system, I successfully decreased payroll by 50% and achieved profitability in the 1994 fiscal year.
