As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapy student at the University of Melbourne, I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through promotion of physical activity and tailored exercise interventions. My specialisations lie in addressing musculoskeletal conditions where I aim to bring a unique blend of high performance strength and conditioning principles within a clinical setting.My focus on musculoskeletal conditions allows me to create personalised interventions that not only alleviate pain and discomfort but also enhance functional capacity. I have successfully worked with individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, and aspiring athletes aiming to optimise their performance.I actively pursue ongoing education and training to integrate cutting-edge techniques into my practice, ensuring my clients receive the highest standard of care. I am currently completing the Doctor of Physiotherapy at The University of Melbourne to provide the most holistic care to my clients as I possibly can, blending the Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy profession together.
