Currently serving as the Programming and Producing Coordinator at Queen's Theatre Hornchurch, where I oversee the programming of a variety of different shows and events across two stages. I play a key role in assisting with the delivery of produced work, ensuring that each production is executed flawlessly. I am responsible for contract negotiation and budget management, ensuring that all financial aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.

The Spotlight Theatre.Overall day-to-day management for the Front of House audience experience. Responsible for programming and contracting a variety of live events. Senior management position. Responsible for line managing a small box office and FOH team (including contracted and casual staff). Duties include rotas, merchandise and stock ordering, Health and Safety management and compliance, duty shift leadership, corresponding with touring shows and responding to company riders. Developed relationships with hirers and touring companies. Lead Fire Marshal & First Aider.Strong working knowledge of the venue and its departments allows me to work across various roles when required (bar, tech, marketing, operations). Key-holder and emergency contact responsibility. Experience of Artifax, Ticketsolve & Spektrix systems.Deputises Theatre Manager when required.Temporarily overseeing the tech department in the absence of a Tech Manager in addition to existing duties.

Temporary cover for the Certificate of Higher Education in Theatre Arts course leader. Duties included preparing and leading contemporary scene study, audition prep and Stanislavsky classes.
