I worked for Lawry and Jacqui Hanafin as a store manager of their West City branch of Kodak Express.This title began right in the middle of the Film to digital change over - very challenging in all aspects with a declining current market changing into a rapidly growing new market. In this new role I quickly had to change my tact in the way I ran the store - being far more proactive, and becoming even more customer service focussed.I also invented a large range of unique services which attracted strong attention from customers , both current and passers by. Within a short period of time, we had a very busy store, with a great reputation.After 7 years in Hanafins [ 12 years with Kodak Express ] I decided to set uip my own business, choosing a niche' and focussing entirely on precious old memories. I'm now operating online, based in Grey Lynn, Auckland.
