My external desk peaked at 40 temporary blue collar construction workers, and my internal desk peaked at over 70 temps)- Meeting set K.P.I targets, consisting of: 5 site visits per week, 1 SAG (safety action group meeting) per month, 1 tool box talk per month, 1 site induction per month, 1 customer experience survey per month, 1 new external client per month.- Attending regular meetings with local workplace providers and BAOH (Business action on the homeless) aswell as various site steering group meetings.- Managing a wider range of contracts in various Carillion sectors such as: Construction, Building, Health, Energy Services, Maintenance and Facilities. -
