Responsible for the overnight replenishment of produce, chilled and frozen food, with a team of five. Responsible to the store manager in delivering store kpi's which included sales, waste, shrink and availability. Management of staff Rota's , breaks, absence, holidays, performance issues, staff reviews and payroll.
