I possess extensive knowledge in theatre performance and support spaces, including scene/costume shops, loading docks, green/dressing room, trap room, orchestra pit, catwalk, control booth, storage, and front-of-house administrative spaces. In addition, I have solid expertise regarding all theatre support systems including LED lighting, projection, sound, and communications.I was formerly the Director of Theater Programs at Wesleyan School in Peachtree Corners, GA. I held this position for 11 years. I focus on material issues associated with a theater's use, not just from the perspective of the audience, but from the perspective of the actor, director, tech director, etc. As a former theatre director, writer, designer, and consultant, I see the “big picture” while appreciating the details required of each client's unique needs.I also have over a decade of experience as a CAD designer in the architectural/engineering field. I boast a track record of success in creating designs and viable environments for courtrooms, proscenium, and black box theaters, & retail environments.
