The Sr Global Supply Manager role is responsible for managing product aggregate capacity strategy – including upside and downside risk management. This includes manufacturing and packaging capacity planning over the 5 year horizon to deliver the service levels and support the demand planning inputs. This requires supporting the business in the launch of new products through capacity management and identification of required operational capabilities and capacities. This role works with the Operations teams (manufacturing and packaging) on inventory, packaging, and manufacturing strategies to support the products including long range capacity planning, with the regional planning teams to maintain service and identify improvement opportunities; and with the global demand team to ensure alignment of global demand and supply signals. The Sr Global Supply Chain Manager is the focal point for communications cross-functionally relative to capacity and supply.

- Supports new product introduction through collaboration with cross-functional sources and newproduct teams. Acts as the focal point for interface into the manufacturing, packaging, anddistribution operations in support of new product introductions.- Establishes and maintains replenishment targets and inventory policies for inventory in all regions- Allocates inventory for which only scarce supply is available based on documented fair-sharemethodologies. Methodologies determined and agreed to with key partners (Marketing,Sales, Finance, Manufacturing).- Monitors product flows to ensure timely product production, shipping, and receipts in thedistribution centers to ensure inventory targets are met.- Develops worldwide product family and SKU rationalization plans.- Generates, reviews, and suggests changes to the demand forecasts with the Marketing departmentto ensure forecasts are consistent with the sales plan. Ensures that the assumptions underlying theforecasts are rigorously challenged and understood.- Reviews capacity availability by plant and product families. Identifies areas where unconstrained netrequirements cannot be met and works with manufacturing to develop resource allocation strategiesand then closes the loop with marketing in order to manage realistic expectations.- Evaluates key performance indicators to evaluate product production relative to committed buildplans, forecasts relative to consumption, and inventory levels relative to targets on an ongoing basisand for use at S&OP meetings.- Identifies improvement opportunities across the supply chain and participates in improvementprograms.

• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to coordinate WW S&OP process and support D&OP process.• Manage Worldwide demand and inventory plans and provide necessary reporting of sales and inventory performance against plan.• Monitor forecast performance and utilizes root cause analysis to identify data and process improvement opportunities.• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities between forecast and plan to trigger gap closure activities. • Drive inventory and cycle time improvements, raise issues to manufacturing sites, regional and worldwide management teams. • Proactively manage material availability issues that impact sales volume with regional and worldwide management teams.• Support new product launches, portfolio rationalization discontinuances and source of supply changes.• Participate in Annual Strategic Reviews and Annual Operation Plan Development.• Participate in and lead cross-functional project teams to develop best-in-class planning processes.

• Maintain supply and demand balance for assigned products with revenues in excess of $100M and over 900 catalogue numbers while minimizing inventory• Creating and maintaining the Master schedule, daily, weekly production schedules and product production ratios• Developing monthly production plans and daily rates• Analyze and reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly product actuals• Coordinate and communicate allocation activities• Adheres to World Wide Supply Chain initiatives that support all regional and global divisions• Facilitate weekly manufacturing review meetings• Root cause and corrective action analysis for product related discrepancies• Escalation of part shortages/lineout details which impact production flow
