I have spent the last 40 years doing head and neck pathology. Eighteen years in a dental school, nineteen years in a medical school and three years in private practice gives me unique experience in managing personnel, managed care and communicating with clinicians. While at Emory, I mentored dental and medical students as well as pathology and dermatology residents. I taught courses to medical residents in contract negotiations and won numerous teaching excellence awards.
