• Proactive account and order management (using the following order channels: fax, electronic, Global Healthcare Exchange and other channels as applicable) to ensure customer relationship needs and business requirements are met• Corrective transaction management for exception orders (bulk deals, credits, special credits, financial disputes, etc.) • Assist in Medtronic objectives to decrease sales outstanding, improve automation, simplify processes, focus on quality and optimize resources. • Understand and adhere to FDA regulations, HIPAA, Medtronic operating procedures and department standard operating procedures • Process exception orders as necessary to ensure accuracy and consistency (monthly billings, special build orders, standing orders, etc.) • Initiate, research, and resolve product returns by ensuring transactions are completed according to Medtronic policies, including resolution of non-compliant returns.
