Responsible for coordinating the move of the State of Maine's Health and Environmental Testing Laboratory from the current location to their new lab. Led HETL staff through identifying and planning around operational hurdles. Worked with staff to identify pre and post move needs for equipment calibrations and certifications. Analyzed new lab systems and utilities to identify deficiencies ahead of move date. Integrated with general contractor, architect and adjacent State of Maine agencies to expedite and implement solutions to design shortfalls. Represented HETL post occupancy of the lab in conversations with the general contractor, architect and State of Maine as they identified and worked through solutions in system issues which were not able to be identified pre-move.

Responsible for the development and distribution of all interdepartmental directives within the Alaska Army National Guard as well as identifying and disseminating directives from the National Guard Bureau, the Department of the Army and the Department of Defense. Tracked status of assignments to subordinate units and reported on progress to program manager. Reestablished and ran weekly and monthly interdepartmental synchronization meeting to track project statuses, identify hurdles and solve problems at a lower level before they needed to be escalated to the program manager level. Assisted in the development of the Alaska Army National Guard’s near, mid and long term planning.

Senior leader of a 117 person organization, spread across South Central and South East Alaska, during the height of COVID-19. Lead my staff of 11 through 16 projects from initiation to closing. Supervised the maintenance, inventory and logistics plans of the company, training 7 junior officers in their successful execution of these critical programs. Managed complex personnel issues surrounding the mandatory administration of the COVID-19 vaccination.

In charge of synchronizing a staff of superior officers and ensuring all daily, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks did not cause interruptions to operations. Conducted inventory management and control of property worth over 2.8 million dollars. Synchronized weekly and monthly maintenance operations of an aging fleet of prepositioned vehicles with unit operations. Responsible for synchronizing with fellow executive officers and supplying them through the HHC supply section.

Managed the budget for the Joint Operations Staff through the development, implementation, and management of the annual budget through an ERP system. Provided regular analysis and projections to the program manager. Advised project managers on the proper and legal use of government funds allocated to them, including writing procurement requests and proposals for additional funds. Participated in monthly and quarterly state level budget reviews to ensure the program needs were met and to support adjacent state programs where possible.
