I was able to utilize my newly acquired knowledge with hands on experience, which set me up for a position as a Field Technical Support Representative II on a contract at Merrill Lynch immediately after graduating. In 2011 Bank of America Merged with Merrill Lynch and HP took over the service contract and I was hired by them as a Field Technical Support Representative V (Senior OSS). Over the last 8 years, I have been successful in broadening my knowledge and skills in many areas of the IT field. I believe that my experience, knowledge, desire to learn and work ethic would enable me to be a great asset for any Company.
