I have worked within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry for over 27 years and as an engineer I worked on most forms equipment, from small AC Splits to 3Mw Chillers as well as anything from Walk in Cold Stores to Blast Freezers to pack systems, carrying out anything from minor servicing to full rebuilds and refurbishments.For the last 10+ years I have been working in Service and Contract Management, running Teams of dedicated and qualified men and women to achieve efficient and cost effective HVAC services to our clients, including many blue chip and critical infrastructure clients. With my Teams we have set up new operations systems, updated HR, and H&S systems and more, always to provide better service and support to our client base and to grow further.
