1- Manage Asia Office Operation and achieve excellence through collaboration of functional team of procurement, logistic, project engineer, and quality in Asia region. 2- Take lead for global sourcing & purchasing and manage supply base to ensure flexible and stable supplier chain in Asia region.

1-Identify and select most competitive suppliers in term of quality, cost, delivery and technology for global truck and engine plants’ sourcing demand as per commercial vehicle certification process mainly from China.2-Expand sourcing activities in Korea, Thailand and other ASEAN countries. 3-Lead supplier survey, RFI/RFQ, technical review, supplier audit, financial assessment, nomination matrix evaluation, business award, project ramp up and serial delivery.4-Define and optimize regional commodity strategy to be in line with global CM. Differentiate supplier base into strategic, preferred, development, and on hold types. 5-Conduct should cost analysis by means of benchmarking, cost model, and process analyzing for key cost driver to achieve saving threshold 25% target for export business. 6-Review & sign contracts - warranty agreement, tooling agreement and long term agreement (LTA) with awarded suppliers. Quarterly check metal raw material & exchange ratio impact and adjust price change as per agreed mechanism and price index. 7-Make up purchasing AOP and realize around 3.5% yearly productivity through negotiation, continuous process improvement and lead production. 8-Also responsible for NA aftermarket purchasing mainly for cab filter, steering pump, brake chamber, brake drum products.

1-Define and deploy Asian regional commodity sourcing strategy for 4 production sites in line with the global one with clear saving levers, target supply base and strategic plans.2-Formulate and execute purchasing AOP plan to realize commodity productivity objective by supplier transfer, negotiation, localization, process improvement and design change.3-Make new product allocation in term of selection matrix of quality, breakdown quotation, delivery, technical, capacity and strategy consideration.4-Develop and optimize suppler base by conducting matching analyzing of supplier segmentation and product segmentation by technical complexity.5-Conduct value engineering (design change) and value analysis (process change) activities for iron casting with supplier quality and engineering team to reduce cost continuously.6-Conduct market survey, supplier selection from long list to short list, supplier audit and present business case for resourcing projects of global factories in Korea, EU & USA.7-Collect information and prepare business review with key spend supplier for crankcase (green sand iron casting). In case serial delivery for over 5 years, signed 3 years price agreement to realized 2.6% saving 1st year,1.3% 2nd year,1.0% 3rd year by means of negotiation, VA/VE, volume leveraging, new product roadmap, benchmarking.

1-Lead market research and sourcing activity mainly for metal stamping & plastic.2-Dedicated in Steel and Aluminum Coil Center supplier management including capacity review, raw material price trend analysis and quarterly adjustment.3-Key supplier purchasing contracts review and make compromise for some clauses.4-Subcontracted assembly supplier on site management including capacity management, delivery, production, slow moving raw material solving, and quality dispute coordination.

1-Developed and implemented article purchasing strategy for supplier base such as SWOT analysis,capacity evaluation etc.2-Selected and allocated qualified supplier (price, quality,technology ,capacity) from supply base to reach new projects’ requirement.3-Managed local supplier early involvement during product development and control new tooling creation plan.4-Introduced screw supply localization and sourced new competitive stamping supplier into supply base, reducing 20% purchasing cost.5-Fulfilled material cost reduction target through negotiation,design workshop,cost workshop,volume consolidation & allocation and benchmarking etc.6-Conducted supplier quality audit with SQA and involve in manufacturing process release.
