Perform primary job as Intelligence SpecialistProvide responsive and effective IT & technical support to system users as a secondary roleTroubleshoot and follow-up on technical and IT problems i.e. PC and serversCo-ordinate among vendors & system engineers for system updates and repairsMonitor regular back up schedules and monitoring of server healthImplement system plan as assigned by managementPreparation of presentations for meetingSystem set-up for meeting rooms, function halls during events or meetingsIn-charge of NS men, preparation of training schedules and materialsProvide on-the-job training to NS men and assign duties where applicable
