Provided program and project management services for Edison Schools involving due diligence efforts for property acquisition, initial feasibility studies, conceptual budgets, programming, procurement, and management of teams of architects, engineers, and contractors for the design and construction of schools in Washington DC and the Mid-Atlantic.2. Part of team involved with Amtrak NE Corridor developing scheduling and information management systems for budget and capital spending plans, financial reporting, human resource planning and training, capital projects management and contract administration systems and guidelines.3.
